I am a NYS board Licensed Massage Therapist.  I graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Science and a minor in Health. I then went on to study at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY.

I completed the 1,000 hour program in December 2008 with training in Swedish, Sports, Energy Palpation, Shiatsu, Connective Tissue Therapy, Pregnancy, Essential Oils and Hydrotherapy and became licensed in February 2009 and have worked at a local spa since.

I have received additional training in Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Thai Herbal Poultice Massage.
