THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE:A session tailored to you, combining a blend of techniques ranging from relaxation to deep structural work with a focus on relaxing tension in your muscles. It also promotes increased blood flow, pain relief as well as increased range of motion.

HOT STONE MASSAGE:
A specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of the therapists own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

PRENATAL MASSAGE:
A massage technique specifically designed for pregnant women to help relieve common pregnancy discomforts and promote mother and baby's well being. Pregnancy massage is very gentle and effective and has many benefits for the mother, such as increasing energy, easing aches and pains, slowing the process of varicose veins, reducing fluid retention and releasing stress. The expecting mother's body is properly positioned and supported during the massage, using pillows. Proper positioning provides comfort and safety for the mother and baby.

REIKI:                                                                                                                                        Reiki stimulates the immune system and accelerates the healing process. It is effective on chronic and acute illness or injury. Reiki encourages self-healing, strengthens body and soul, opens emotional blocks and balances the chakras, or energy centers of the body. Reiki can be used alone or with any other therapeutic modality. Reiki does not interfere with traditional medical treatment, but rather, enhances its results. Reiki is administered with the recipient lying comfortably on a massage table. Within the session, the practitioner places hands lightly over specific areas of the body.

CHAIR MASSAGE-Chair massage is a style of seated massage that focuses on your back, shoulders, neck and arms. Chair massage is done over clothes and doesn't require any massage oil. A good pick me up or introduction to massage.

ADD-ONS:

FOOT SCRUB WITH MASSAGE-Relax while your feet are lightly exfoliated with a sugar scrub, followed by hot towels and ending with a foot massage.

REFLEXOLOGY-Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the feet that correspond to other parts of the body. Sometimes referred to as zone therapy, this bodywork involves application of pressure to these reflex zones to stimulate body organs and relieve areas of congestion. Similar to acupressure principles, reflexology works with the body’s energy flow to stimulate self-healing and maintain balance in physical function. This technique is used to reduce pain, increase relaxation, and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. It is especially useful in stress-related illness and emotional disorders. Reflexology is also convenient in cases where an area of the body is traumatized or diseased to the extent that direct manipulation is not appropriate.

SCALP MASSAGE-Massage focused on the scalp and neck to help relieve muscle tension and headaches.

ADD-INS:

HAND OR FOOT PARAFFIN-A paraffin treatment soothes chronic joint pain, relaxes stiff muscles and improves blood flow to the treated area. It increases range of motion for people with arthritis, bursitis and other chronic conditions that cause pain and stiffness. Paraffin treatments also smooth and soften dry, chapped, rough and scaly skin. It can be helpful for chronic skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis.

DRY BRUSHING-A gentle exfoliation rejuvenates the skin, increases circulation and stimulates cell renewal. Performed before your massage helps the oils to sink deeper into the skin.
